Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences To pursue the MDS program, the student should have completed the BDS degree from Dental Council of India by a recognized institution as well as being registered with the State Dental Council. The eligibility criteria for enrolment into the BDS program specifies that students who have completed 17 years and have passed in 12th Std or equivalent examinations with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (40% for SC/OBC) and a pass in English. RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital offers BDS, 5 year programme including 1-year rotatory internship and MDS, a 3-year program, a certificate program in Implantology as well as Post-Doctoral programs in array of specializations. Some of the facilities include Plaster laboratories with facilities such as model trimmers, lathes, geysers, vibrators, metal laboratory, porcelain furnaces, phantom head laboratory and dental anatomy & histology laboratories.
